The service
Stickerfy creates AI-generated sticker concepts and image packs from a public brand website and a reference image you provide. Generated results can vary, and you choose the concepts before image generation.
Your authority and responsibility
By submitting a website, logo, character, photograph, artwork, or other brand material, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions needed to upload it, have it processed and adapted, and use the resulting stickers for your intended purpose. If you act for a company, client, or brand owner, you also confirm that you are authorized to act for them. You are responsible for the material you submit, the concepts you approve, and your use of the delivered output.
Permission to process your material
You keep all rights you already hold in submitted material. You give Stickerfy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to copy, host, transmit, analyze, and adapt that material only as needed to research your brand, generate and deliver your packs, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Stickerfy may allow its service providers to do the same only for those purposes.
Commercial use of delivered stickers
After full payment, you may use the delivered stickers for personal or commercial brand purposes, including community messages, websites, social media, marketing, and merchandise. This permission covers only rights that Stickerfy can legally grant. It does not give you rights in a third party’s name, logo, character, artwork, trademark, or other material, and it does not replace any permission you need from that rights holder.
Purchases and generations
Purchases are one-time payments for the number of generations shown at checkout. One generation creates one coordinated four-sticker pack. A generation is used when image generation starts successfully; failed provider attempts remain eligible for a limited retry. Access may be suspended after a refund, payment dispute, fraud, or misuse.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material, attempt to bypass pack limits, probe private data, or use the service to impersonate another person or brand.
AI output and third-party rights
AI output may contain mistakes or unexpected similarities, and similar output may be generated for other users. Review every pack before public or commercial use. Stickerfy does not guarantee copyright protection, trademark clearance, exclusivity, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Claims arising from submitted material
To the extent permitted by law, Stickerfy is not responsible for ownership, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other claims caused by material you were not authorized to submit or by your use of the output outside the rights you hold. You are responsible for reasonable losses or claims resulting from that material or use, except to the extent caused by Stickerfy’s own breach or unlawful conduct.
