Refund and Delivery Policy

Digital delivery
Stickerfy is a digital service. After payment confirmation, you can research concepts, approve four ideas, generate a sticker pack, and download its PNG and ZIP files from your workspace or collection page. No physical product is shipped.
Failed generations
If a provider or processing error prevents a sticker pack from completing, that attempt will not count against your generation allowance. The generation credit becomes available again so you can retry from the same paid order.
Refund requests
Completed generations are generally non-refundable because they use paid computing resources and produce personalized digital files. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, and purchases where repeated technical problems prevent Stickerfy from delivering the generations you purchased. Contact dwitimehta20@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Any approved payment refund is processed through Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record.
Effect of a refund
A completed refund ends access to the related order and its generated downloads.
