Information we process
We process the website URL, uploaded reference image, selected concepts, generated files, purchase identifiers, customer email supplied through checkout, and basic technical data needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use this information to research the submitted brand, generate and deliver sticker packs, confirm payment, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain the service.
Your responsibility for uploaded material
You are solely responsible for the website, logo, mascot, character, photograph, artwork, or other material you submit. Only submit material that you own or are authorized to use, upload, and have processed for sticker generation. Do not upload confidential information, private documents, government identifiers, payment details, or images containing unnecessary personal information. Submitted website content, reference images, prompts, and generated output may be sent to the providers described below to complete your request.
Service providers
Firecrawl retrieves information from the public website you submit. Google Gemini processes brand evidence, prompts, reference images, and generated output. Dodo Payments handles checkout, payment, and related customer information. Supabase stores order records and generated files. Vercel hosts the service and provides aggregate website analytics. Other security and logging providers may process basic technical data. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Stickerfy.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics on our public landing page to understand visits, referral sources, countries, devices, browsers, and operating systems in aggregate. We remove URL query parameters and fragments before an analytics event is sent, and we do not load analytics on checkout, order collection, or download pages. We do not send purchase identifiers, email addresses, submitted websites, brand names, uploads, prompts, or generated content as analytics properties.
AI processing
Google’s handling of prompts, uploaded files, and responses depends on whether the applicable Gemini service is paid or unpaid. Unpaid Gemini services may use submitted content and responses to improve Google products and may involve human review; paid Gemini API services state that prompts and responses are not used to improve Google products. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information for brand research or generation.
Storage and access
Generated files are kept in private storage and served only to the browser session associated with the paid order. We retain operational records and files only as needed for delivery, security, accounting, and legal obligations.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy terms and applicable data-protection safeguards govern that processing.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information by emailing dwitimehta20@gmail.com. Some payment and transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
